As we gear up for the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, a series of lane restrictions and road closures will occur. Several proposed lane restrictions surrounding Allegiant Stadium are expected to progress to full road closures as we get closer to Super Bowl LVIII. Many of the proposed impacts are pending review and approval by Clark County’s Public Works Department. Please note that the schedule below is subject to change. Access to local businesses in the area will be maintained as much as possible with detour routes.

Allegiant Stadium Way
• Full closure from Hacienda Ave. to Al Davis Way Jan. 8 – Feb. 15.
Al Davis Way
• Full closure from Allegiant Stadium Way to Dean Martin Drive Jan. 8 – Feb. 15.
Polaris Avenue
• Lane restrictions from Hacienda Ave. to Dewey Drive Jan. 16 – Feb. 2 with one lane northbound and one lane southbound available; business access maintained.
• Road closed to through traffic from Hacienda Ave. to Lot W Feb. 3 – Feb. 9 with one lane northbound and one lane southbound available; business access maintained.
• Full closure from Lot W to Russell Road Feb 3 – Feb. 9; business access maintained.
• Full closure from Ali Baba Lane to Russell Road Feb. 10 – Feb. 15; business access
maintained.
Dewey Drive
• Lane restrictions from Terrible’s Garage driveway to Polaris Avenue Jan. 16 – Feb. 2; business access maintained.
• Full closure from Terrible’s Garage driveway to Polaris Avenue Feb. 3 – Feb. 15; business access maintained.
Dean Martin Drive
• Lane restrictions from Russell Road to Lot N Jan. 18 – Jan. 31, with two lanes northbound and two lanes southbound available.
• Lane restrictions from Russell Road to Lot N Feb. 1 – Feb. 7, with one northbound lane and one southbound lane available.
• Full closure from Oquendo Road to Lot N Feb. 8 – Feb. 15; business access maintained.
• One-way northbound traffic only from Ali Baba Lane to Tropicana Ave. and no southbound travel Feb. 9 – Feb. 11.
Hacienda Avenue
• Full closure from Polaris Avenue to Luxor Drive Jan. 27 – Feb. 9; business access maintained from Valley View to Polaris Avenue.
• Full closure from Polaris Avenue to the east of Luxor Drive Feb. 10 – Feb. 15; business access maintained from Valley View to Polaris Avenue.
Sobb Avenue 
• Full closure from Game Changers Sports driveway to Cameron St. Feb. 3 – Feb. 11; business access maintained.
Frank Sinatra Drive
• NDOT Work: Lane restrictions between Excalibur Way and Reno Ave. Jan. 24 – Feb. 1, with one lane northbound and one lane southbound available.
• Lane restrictions from Mandalay Bay Loading Dock to Russell Road Feb. 7 – Feb. 11, with one lane northbound and two lanes southbound available.
• Two southbound left turn lanes closed at the intersection of Caesars Service Drive Feb. 7 – Feb.  12.
Russell Road
• Two eastbound turn lanes on Russell Road at Frank Sinatra Drive closed at the back entrance of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Feb. 7 – 11; access to the RTC bus stop on Russell Road to be maintained.
Winnick Avenue
• Lane restrictions from Linq Lane to Caesars Forum Feb. 8 – Feb. 11.
Sammy Davis Jr. Drive
• Lane restriction from Goh Tong Way to Resorts World Employe/Delivery Entry Feb 8, 2 pm to 7 pm
• Closure of the southbound turn lane into the employee entrance of Resorts World Feb. 8, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sands Avenue 
• Lane restrictions from Howard Hughes Parkway to Paradise Ave. with the closure of the north curb lane Feb. 9, 6 p.m. to Feb. 10 at 1 a.m.
Luxor Drive
• Closure from Reno Avenue to Mandalay Bay garage Feb. 10 – Feb 12.
Ali Baba Avenue 
• One-way eastbound traffic only from Valley View Boulevard to Dean Martin Drive, and no westbound travel on Feb. 11.
Las Vegas Boulevard
• Lane restrictions on Las Vegas Boulevard from Flamingo Road to Bellagio Drive and intermittent sidewalk closure through Feb. 16. The sidewalk will have 24-hour access Super Bowl Week, Feb. 4 – 11.
ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC, TRANSIT AND ROAD CLOSURE IMPACTS
NDOT I-15 Tropicana Interchange Project
All eastbound and westbound lanes at Tropicana and I-15 and all I-15 ramps closed from Jan. 27 to Feb. 1 for temporary Super Bowl configuration setup. The expanded configuration will be in place from Feb. 1 – Feb. 14. For more details: www.i15trop.com.
