LAS VEGAS SUPER BOWL LVIII HOST COMMITTEE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OPENS FOR 15 UNLV STUDENTS

We’re working to deliver an experience that will position Las Vegas as a favorite and repeat destination for the NFL’s largest event.  As part of our efforts, a select group of University of Nevada Las Vegas students is being given a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in various fields such as sales, philanthropy, marketing, logistics, operations, and communications through our internship program.  The NFL Foundation, United Way of Southern Nevada, and UNLV Sports Innovation are partnering to fund the program with grants, which ensures each intern is fully compensated for their time working with the host committee. The program was initiated in the Fall of 2022, and the inaugural class consisted of undergraduate and graduate students. As the Las Vegas sports industry continues to grow, these students are gaining an invaluable opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience.

If you’re a UNLV student interested in learning more about the internship program, visit UNLV’s Handshake database. A new group of 15 Super Bowl interns will soon be selected, so take advantage of the chance to gain unparalleled experience and be part of a team working to make history in Las Vegas.

Channel 8 and Channel 3 News recently featured some of our current interns. Check out the full stories here:
